No Long-Term Or Binding Contracts

Multi-year contracts are the mainstay of many managed print service companies. But what if you discover after a few months that you’re not satisfied. At the Circle, we have month-to month agreements which you can opt out of at any time. As a matter of fact, everyone of our long-term clients (up to 10 years or more) has a 30-day out clause. Not that we want you to leave. It just means that we have to work that much harder to keep your business. All of which is a testament to how seriously we take our commitment to you.

Quality Service Is Guaranteed

Quality service should be a given. But we don’t take anything for granted. Which is why each one of our customers automatically receives an email survey after every service call. We do this to get important feedback. To keep the quality of our service high. And to let our service techs know they must always maintain high standards. Program Flexibility

When it comes to managed print, one size does not fit all. Which is why we offer you three different programs. Circle 360, TLC and Basic are all options you can select. Some clients prefer a cost-per-page program. Others choose a cartridge centric program. While still many select a basic program. In any case, we’ll first do a thorough audit and then sit down with you to determine which program best meets your needs as well as your budget.

One Simple, Straightforward Agreement

They say the devil is in the details. Or in the case of a contract, the fine print. At the Circle, we keep it simple and visible. Which is why we go with an easy to read agreement. Rather than a long, involved contract that has lots of legalese. And surprises when you receive your first invoice. Our agreement is straightforward, as clear as possible, and most importantly covers all aspects of service. That means parts and accessories on all your devices.

We Don’t Push Hardware

Most managed print suppliers represent one or more printer/copier OEMs. As a result, they have sales quotas to meet. So it’s not unusual to receive a proposal that includes replacing your hardware as a prerequisite to a managed print program. The Circle does not operate in this manner for three reasons. 1. Most if not all of your current hardware is functioning and serviceable. 2. You probably have too much device hardware, not too little. 3. A managed print provider needs time to understand your people, processes and overall  business. Any additional hardware recommendations we make, only come when the program has been underway for several months. And then it is done judiciously.
